Terms and Conditions
The general terms that apply to digital marketing services provided by UK Path Marketing.
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Scope of services
Services are provided as agreed in a specific proposal, package or statement of work. Package pages describe potential inclusions; the confirmed scope for your business is set out in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely access to relevant accounts (e.g. website, Google Business Profile, analytics, advertising platforms)
- Reviewing and approving content, designs and campaigns within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensuring any content, offers or claims they ask us to publish are accurate and lawful
- Maintaining lawful contact lists and consent records for any automation or messaging campaigns
Account access and ownership
Where possible, advertising and analytics accounts are created under client ownership. Ownership of websites, content and designs produced for a client is set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
Payment
Payment timing, invoicing frequency and consequences of late payment (including possible service suspension) are confirmed in your service agreement.
Cancellation and notice
Minimum commitment, notice period and cancellation process are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
Results and limitations
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, platform algorithm changes, budget and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, follower growth or engagement levels.
Third-party platforms
Services may rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, hosting providers and messaging platforms) whose policies, pricing and availability we do not control.
Confidentiality and portfolio use
We treat client information as confidential. We only reference client work in our portfolio or marketing materials with the client's permission, and in line with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes controlled by third-party platforms.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at hello.ukpath@gmail.com so we can review and respond to your concern directly.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales.
