Eligibility

The offer is available to new UK Path Marketing clients who sign up to an eligible monthly package, subject to availability among the first 100 qualifying clients. It is not available retroactively to existing arrangements unless agreed in writing.

What "first 100 clients" means

This refers to the first 100 businesses that sign up to an eligible package and formally claim the offer, counted from the point the offer was introduced. Once 100 eligible sign-ups have claimed the offer, it will be withdrawn or replaced.

What's included

  • One single-page landing website built for your business or organisation
  • A standard template layout with your branding, contact details and a basic enquiry form
  • One round of design revisions and basic copy adjustments

What's not included

  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • Website hosting fees beyond any initial period stated in your proposal
  • Premium plugins, software or stock media licences
  • Multi-page website builds or bespoke design beyond the standard template
  • Ongoing maintenance, content updates or SEO work after initial delivery
  • Copywriting beyond basic adjustments to supplied content

Conditions

  • A qualifying monthly package subscription is required to claim this offer
  • Delivery depends on the client providing timely content, branding assets and any required approvals
  • Ownership of the delivered landing page transfers to the client on completion, as set out in our Terms and Conditions
  • Cancelling the associated package before a minimum term may affect continued hosting or support for the free landing page, as confirmed in your service agreement

Changes to this offer

We may amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Terms in place at the point you formally claim the offer will apply to your project.
