Available while the Winter Arc Offer is running

The Winter Arc Offer is not limited to a set number of clients. It is available to every eligible client who signs up while the offer is live, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Eligibility

The offer is available to new UK Path Marketing clients who sign up to an eligible monthly package — Sage, Growth, Pro or Scale — while the Winter Arc Offer is running. The Starter package is not eligible for the free website. It is not available retroactively to existing arrangements unless agreed in writing.

Offer period

The Winter Arc Offer is a seasonal offer with no cap on the number of clients who can claim it. It runs until we withdraw or replace it. Clients who formally claim the offer before it ends keep its benefits as set out in these terms.

What's included

  • One single-page landing website built for your business or organisation
  • A standard template layout with your branding, contact details and a basic enquiry form
  • A free subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.ukpath.co.uk)
  • Free hosting for as long as your eligible package is active
  • One round of design revisions and basic copy adjustments

What's not included

  • Custom domain registration and renewal fees (e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk)
  • Premium plugins, software or stock media licences
  • Multi-page website builds or bespoke design beyond the standard template
  • Ongoing maintenance, content updates or SEO work after initial delivery
  • Copywriting beyond basic adjustments to supplied content

Conditions

  • A Sage, Growth, Pro or Scale monthly package subscription is required to claim this offer
  • Delivery depends on the client providing timely content, branding assets and any required approvals
  • Ownership of the delivered landing page transfers to the client on completion, as set out in our Terms and Conditions
  • Cancelling the associated package before a minimum term may affect continued hosting or support for the free landing page, as confirmed in your service agreement

Changes to this offer

We may amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Terms in place at the point you formally claim the offer will apply to your project.
