Local SEO is the practice of improving how a business appears in nearby search results and map listings, typically through Google Business Profile optimisation, local keyword targeting and consistent business information across the web.
It can help by handling repetitive tasks such as answering common questions, qualifying leads and following up on enquiries, freeing up time for a small team. It works best alongside human oversight rather than as a full replacement.

For most small businesses, yes — customers routinely search Google and social media before choosing who to contact, so being visible and easy to find and book online matters. In most cases, yes. A website gives you a place customers can find opening hours, services, pricing and contact details, and to book or enquire outside of phone hours. It also supports local SEO and Google Business Profile, which typically link back to your website. Some very small or referral-only businesses can operate without one, but it usually limits how easily new customers can find and vet you.
Yes. We can rebuild or refresh an existing website through our Websites & Landing Pages or Website & E-commerce Development services, carrying across the content and branding you want to keep while improving structure, speed and SEO.
Digital marketing helps a small business get found by the right people online and turn that visibility into enquiries — through search visibility, local search, social media, paid advertising, a clear website and consistent follow-up. Results depend on your industry, competition and offer, and cannot be guaranteed.
